Excellent book, factual, and tells the real side of Vivian Vance, definitely not sugarcoated.

I was shocked at the dismay Vivian had about life and her career. The pressures of life and the shame she felt by her family was definitely stressful, I can relate. Sad...

I think one of the most interesting parts about the book is when she traveled and camped around war zones, not having bathing facilities for days, and having to deal with life on life's terms.

It was Vivian's life and I respect her memory. God bless her!
