Add a CommentWhile the story may seem a little too perfect and unrealistic for some (perfect parents, perfect kid), its message is clear. Ok, abundantly clear. Numbered and everything. Jeter's book does provide a lot of baseball action and inspiration. For that, I am giving it 4 stars. It will have an audience, definitely helped out by Jeter's celebrity status, but also for its sports theme and its "Believe In Yourself!" theme. We all need a little more of that, right? It's also nice to have another choice featuring a biracial lead character.
