This book is the best book ever for a girl

"Staying Strong – 365 days a year" is a different from all the other book because of the fact that it was written by a very young person, and it is usually considered that life wisdom can only come from older and experienced people who went through lot of things in their life.
But this book manages to prove otherwise. Like many others she experienced bad things associated with addiction, disorders in feeding and other problems, but unlike the others she was able to recognize her problems and turned for help. And now, when most of the bad things are behind her, she offers her help to others who are in similar problems, or don't even know they have a problem, which is much worse situation. In her book she collected sentences that inspired her and gave her the strength, lessons she learned, meditations she practiced, her daily goals that help her survive each following day while her will for healing every day grown stronger. This book was written in a personal style, like a journal or a diary, and it was written to be read throughout the year, one page a day. Start each day with a quote to get through the day. Know that nothing can harm you, but yourself and the thoughts you're having. Demi Lovato wholeheartedly put her entire soul into this book. She wants young girls to have a role model. In all honest, this is a feel good kind of book. Almost everyone can relate to the things she's saying. Whether you've been bullied or not bullied, you need to read this book.
If you're looking for a book that will boost your confidence and just help you get through the day, I recommend this book! Stay Strong.

It's okay. It's great for people who have gone to therapy and sometimes crack and break down; it's to remind them that everyone's human. It's a book of quotes; 1 a day and a paragraph explaining what the quote means; hence "Staying Strong 365 DAYS A YEAR". So this is a good book, but not the best for people who are going through stuff right now. Demi lets you know that there are always people who have it worse than you and to be thankful to God for everything you have. You may be going through something horrible, but be happy you're not homeless, or a poor child in Africa who has nothing to eat. She offers 'insights' (Which is what is says in the Description) and spiritual, a lot of her stories connect with God, but in the way she refers to him, she says "Her Higher Power", so it can be for Atheists too. If you LOVE Demi, this is great for people going through hardships, or people who are in rehab, or people who have recovered but feel the need to relapse. I LOVED it! 5 Stars. I LOVE you Demi, Stay Strong.
