It is not necessary to pay big money to receive a special mantra. People have been changing their lives by meditating for thousands of years before this money-making organisation jumped on the band-wagon. There are heaps of books and online resources to explain how to meditate. It is incredibly simple.
This book gave the results of studies showing the benefits of meditation but made it appear that the benefits were only with TM, their organization which is big business. A huge disappointment. I thought the book would be about how wonderful transcendence is, not extolling TM.
