Everyone knows about the Medellin and the Cali cocaine cartels, but no one knew about the unknown Norte Valle Cartel.
An upstate New York federal prosecutor and D.H.S. agent got onto a money laundering scheme and begin tracking the money trail to this unknown cartel in Columbia, which took over the cocaine smuggling after the other two cartels were broken up.
A great "true" cops and robbers story and a great read!
