While this is definately an older book, It's still very good, It's designed for kids who have a lot of yard to work with, and are looking to create a "real" garden, one that could feed the whole family! It has information about some easy to grow veggies and plants, recipes for yummy edibles, and its jam packed with info, but if you are in a place where you can only "container garden", you may want to give this one a pass.
